Please read the following conditions under which this event is being held. I’m sorry for all this, but with situations the way they are these days, this sort of thing is necessary. It’s all pretty standard stuff though, so nothing unusual. But you do need to be aware of these things.

By definition, the Joshua Bell Cure Cancer Run is an event held at Don's Farm, Avondale Rd Dapto.  Your travel to this event and return from it are not considered part of the event.

Furthermore, your route to the event, and return from it, are entirely at your own choice and as stated above, are not part of the event.

 

You take part in this event entirely at your own risk. No liability whatsoever will be accepted by the organiser, Elwyn Jordan, or any other person, business or organisation associated with the event, for anything that may occur outside the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury, or damage to property, or theft of property, that may be incurred by any person, driver, passenger, rider or pillion, during your travel to the event. Or in the parking area outside it.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds for a very deserving cause. In so doing, we present an image to the community around us, including other road users, and any businesses you visit. Please take this opportunity to promote the image of motorcycling and the classic car movement. You're already doing that by being a part of the event - don't spoil it by behaviour, on road or off the road, that will detract from this good impression that we will be creating.
